Lekhraj Birdy LLB (Hons)

Lekhraj Birdy was admitted as solicitor in October 1979.

He worked in a general practice before moving into the City where he gained experience in a Commercial Litigation and Commercial Conveyancing. Since starting this practice Mr. Birdy has had extensive experience in Personal Injury, Commercial Conveyancing, Housing, Immigration, Family/Children’s matters. He is a member of Resolution, which is the new name for Solicitors Family Law Association.

Mr Birdy was involved in cases which set precedents in law. The last case was Court of Appeal case of Memon v Manel in 2001.

Languages: Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

Deepa Chana LL.B. (Hons)

Ms. Chana has been with us since April 2003 when she was admitted as a Solicitor. She has had experience in general matters having completed her Training Contract in a general practice. She is currently handling Family and Children, Housing and Personal Injury matters.

Farzana Naz LL.B (Hons)

Miss. Naz has been with us since July 2002 and was admitted as a Solicitor in April 2004. She has had experience in general matters having completed her Training Contract with us. She is currently handling Family and Children, Housing and Immigration matters.

Languages: Punjabi and Urdu 

We also have staff who speak Russian, Polish and basic German.
