Contrary to the common belief, there is no such thing as standard
conveyancing. Each transaction is different and could be riddled
with various difficulties. An example of this is in the case of
purchase of leasehold property where, it is sometimes found that
there is no covenant between various leaseholders to compel the
other to perform his/her repairing obligations.
