"No Win, No Fee"
However carefully you may go about your daily business, you may
find yourself injured as a result of accident caused by some one
else's fault. If you have to take time off work because of this,
your income is likely to be affected and meeting the normal household
expenses becomes a difficult task. Your family and dependents also
suffer as a result of your accident. We believe that in such cases,
it is only fair that you should be compensated for loss of income
and the pain and suffering you and your loved ones have to endure.
We appreciate that your financial position would probably have
deteriorated as a result of the accident and that you would probably
not be in a position to finance what may become an expensive action.
We do not believe that you should be deprived of an opportunity
to bring an action solely because of your financial position. We
therefore operate a "no win, no fee" scheme. In some cases,
you may initially be required to pay a premium for an Indemnity
Policy but this will be recoverable from the other side in a successful
action.
If you have legal costs cover in your home insurance, an indemnity
Policy may not be necessary as some accidents are covered by a home
insurance policy. In appropriate cases, we, ourselves, would be
prepared to consider paying for an Indemnity Policy on your behalf.
So, if you have been involved in a road traffic accident, whether
as a driver or a passenger, or you have suffered injuries at work
or have slipped or fallen on a pavement or have suffered injuries
because of some other type of accident, you may well be entitled
to compensation.
There are strict time for bringing your claim. This is normally
3 years from the date of the accident.
You must therefore act quickly to avoid losing your claim. If you
are not sure whether or not you are entitled to compensation, we
are prepared to provide free initial consultation to assess your
claim.
Remember we are only a 'phone call away.
