ACCIDENT

"No Win, No Fee"

However carefully you may go about your daily business, you may find yourself injured as a result of accident caused by some one else's fault. If you have to take time off work because of this, your income is likely to be affected and meeting the normal household expenses becomes a difficult task. Your family and dependents also suffer as a result of your accident. We believe that in such cases, it is only fair that you should be compensated for loss of income and the pain and suffering you and your loved ones have to endure.

We appreciate that your financial position would probably have deteriorated as a result of the accident and that you would probably not be in a position to finance what may become an expensive action. We do not believe that you should be deprived of an opportunity to bring an action solely because of your financial position. We therefore operate a "no win, no fee" scheme. In some cases, you may initially be required to pay a premium for an Indemnity Policy but this will be recoverable from the other side in a successful action.

We do not believe that you should be deprived of an opportunity to bring an action simply because of your financial position. We therefore operate a "no win, no fee" scheme. In some cases, you may initially be required to pay a premium for an Insurance Policy. This is usually referred to as “After the Event” insurance policy. The premium paid for this will be recoverable from the other side in a successful action.

You may have legal expenses protection in your house/building contents policy. This often covers free advice in some areas of law. You should therefore initially contact your insurers for free advice if this is appropriate. However, very often they require you to use their own panel Solicitors. In many cases, those Solicitors are not based locally. Therefore it is not uncommon to hear of cases being dealt with by Solicitors who often do not even see the client until at or near the trial date. This is clearly not very satisfactory as there is little prospect of rapport being built between the Solicitor and the client. Many clients are often left feeling that their case has not been given the care and attention that it deserved. This undoubtedly has an effect on how the clients perceive Solicitors. It is worthwhile asking your insurers to allow you to choose your own Solicitor and for his fees to be paid by the insurers. Some Insurers do allow this.

We can help you make a claim for compensation in the following areas:-

· Accident at work
